白三から白一、青二から青一、ステンレスの銀三、VG10、本焼まで扱う職人は日本でもただ一人。

Satoshi Nakagawa, who studied under Kenichi Shiraki for 16 years and became his only disciple and successor, became independent in 17 years and continues to inherit the traditional industry of Sakai cutlery.
There is only one craftsman in Japan who handles everything from white three to white one, blue two to blue one, stainless steel silver three, VG10, and honyaki.
